Between 8 and 19 September, Vpayments terminals will download and install a firmware update overnight. Devices restart once, usually between 03:00 and 05:00, and are ready before you open.

What you need to do
Nothing, other than leaving the terminal powered and connected overnight. If a device shows an update screen when you arrive, give it a few minutes to finish. If it is still not ready by opening time, call support and we will walk you through a manual restart.
